Shortest "<char>.pw" domains from the README Unicode mapping table

Builds <character>.pw from every code point already documented in README.md, normalizes it the same way a browser address bar would (new URL("http://" + raw).host), and keeps only candidates where:

• the dot and pw TLD survive normalization, and
• the raw typed string was not already a valid hostname on its own (i.e. normalization was required to get there).
